CliftonStrengths reveals our natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving then puts language to them (as Talents) to help us name and recognize those patterns and what they look like at their best and at their worst. Armed with this self-knowledge, we can engage others in a more mature, collaborative, intentional, and genuine way to bring out the best in us and those around us.
