This one-of-a-kind workshop is designed for Christian business owners or leaders who want to discover the personal and leadership advantages the Christian faith brings to organizations who allow it to influence them.  With several years of experience guiding business owners in multiple industries, the Saint John Institute is uniquely poised to help participants discover insights that can transform their work experience into blessings for their families, their organizations, and their communities.  Come together with other local leaders for discussion, insightful classes, and prayer.  Join Fr. Event Details

The days will include Mass, prayer, sessions, and meals together. Event cost includes snacks and beverages.

• Please do not purchase your flights until we are 30 days out from the event, thank you!
• SJI shuttles will be provided from the Denver International airport. Margaret Pluta will be in touch with more details about the shuttle as we get closer.
• Fatima House: Attendees are welcome to arrive a day early or depart a day late. Rooms in the Fatima House on SJI’s campus are available. Please reach out to [email protected] to reserve a room.

From Character to Culture: The AUDEO™ Leadership methodology will teach you how to develop your personal character and exert the leadership needed to influence the culture of your business. 

At the completion of this workshop you will be able to identify, and gain a full understanding of the personal obstacles that are diluting your influence. Our AUDEO™ methodology will give you the tools to face and overcome those challenges, enabling you to exert better leadership and make a measurable change in all aspects of your life. 

These three days will envelop you in the quiet of the Rocky Mountains, providing dedicated time for instruction, relaxation and prayer. Often we don’t make room for this time to fully grasp our newfound knowledge and complete the necessary plans to make changes in our lives.  This is your chance to take your vision and create the battle plan you can implement to transform your reality. Our location is the Singing River Ranch in the mountains of Evergreen, Colorado. The serene natural setting is just what you need for rest, reflection, and rejuvenation.

Cancellation Policy

• If we are required to cancel this event due to emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to let you know as early  as possible and will attempt to deliver full refunds. 
• If you have to cancel, we will offer a 100% refund until two weeks out from the event. Within two weeks of the event if there is a replacement attendee, we can transfer your ticket and refund you. We will not be able to issue any refunds within 48 hours from the start of the event.  

Photo and Video Release Policy
By registering for an event or program of the Saint John Institute, you are registering for an event where photography, audio and video recording may occur. 

Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Saint John Institute and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. 

By registering for the event and entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. 

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not register for the event or enter the event premises.
