About Father Nathan Cromly:

Father Cromly is the President of the Saint John Institute whose mission is to Raise up Saints to Lead™ by inspiring young people through Eagle Eye Ministries retreats, equipping Catholics through the Saint John Leadership Institute programs, and engaging business and family leaders in integrating their faith with work, home, and the culture through the Saint John Leadership Network. His unique ability to form leaders through his AUDEO™ Approach, based on Thomas Aquinas, inspires Catholics to live their faith in a way that is both spiritual and practical so that they can Dare Great Things for Christ™. Father Cromly is currently working with over 6 companies and corporations helping to bring faith to business and business to faith through workshops and retreats focusing on culture, values and leadership development.

Father Cromly has been a priest of the Community of Saint John for 13 years but is now in the process of discerning a call to become a priest of the Archdiocese of Denver, which is a 5-year journey called “Exclaustration” and will continue leading the Saint John Institute.
