SUMMARY:Rise Above: What stands between you and living your best marriage?
DESCRIPTION:This “Strengths-Based Marriage” retreat was designed to help couples in their first 5 years of marriage flourish by leveraging the CliftonStrengths assessment to view each other through a lens of goodness. The retreat guides participants through understanding their individual strengths and those of their partner\, learning how these strengths impact their relationship dynamic\, and developing a shared language for communication. Key components include reframing conflict through a lens of strength\, creating rituals that honor each other’s individual talents\, and supporting each other’s development and flourishing by leveraging the insights from each other’s Top 5 and Bottom 5 Talents.  Through coaching you will understand and appreciate the best you bring to your partnership and what will always be a challenge for you.  You will leave with empowerment as a couple and have practical tools and insights to deepen your connection\, resolve tension\, and help each other become saints by stewarding the image of God in your spouse. \nFollowing Father Nathan Cromly’s AUDEO™ Leadership Approach: \nFather will also help you identify what pitfalls/ barriers you bring with you and then help you find your blessings by pivoting through Christ’s virtuous leadership and walk away with a plan and vision for a marriage that only Christ can bring. \nThis is a 2-day workshop that will introduce you to decision-making using the AUDEO™ Leadership approach.\n\nPLEASE NOTE: this retreat is limited to 6 couples.  If you register by October 25th\, you will receive a 90-minute complimentary couples coaching session that will jumpstart your retreat. \nPrice: The cost of the retreat is $500 /couple including one night’s stay at the Fatima House.  If you require additional lodging\, the extra night is $100. \nOnce you are registered\, you will receive an email from our Fatima House coordinator with the information for lodging. \nMeals and snacks included.
